I mentioned earlier that I’m a Nutritional Therapist, certified personal trainer and national bikini bodybuilding champion. I also founded Apex Vision Fitness with my partner Ryan Rosengren because I wanted to create a space centered on results that lasted 365 days a year. Together, Ryan and I have over 15 years of fitness training experience and education between us.
