There’s only one way to succeed and that’s by training your body to work for you.
When your diet and workouts align with your body’s unique needs, you provide your hormones and metabolism with everything they need to burn fat (and build muscle) as efficiently as possible.
Boring, bland, restrictive diets leave you feeling deprived (which increases the chances that you'll go off track)
